Terms and Conditions of Trading
BUSINESS HOURS: Retail and Wholesale Sales, Monday to Saturday,
8.30am to 4pm. Closed Sundays.
ORDERS: All orders are to be accompanied by a 20% deposit. Orders are not confirmed until the deposit is paid. At our discretion, the deposit will be forfeited in the event of the order being cancelled.
Overdue collection of contract and holding orders will incur a cost of 10% of the invoice value per month, calculated on a daily basis from 21 days after the plants being made available.
TERMS OF TRADING:
1. C.O.D. unless previous arrangement for credit has been made. We accept payment by cash, EFTPOS, Mastercard or Visa card.
2. Established account customers: STRICTLY 21 DAYS. Supply may be denied if account balance is not in order. A minimum amount of $150.00 per transaction on account, we will accept cash or credit card payments for smaller purchases.
3. All overdue accounts are subject to a credit charge of 2.5% of amount due or a minimum of $5.00 per month.
4. Claims due to shortage or damage to plants must be received within 24 hours following pick up or delivery due to the perishable nature of the product.
5. All responsibility for stock sent via outside couriers, ceases when stock leaves Wariapendi Nursery.
6. Cancellation of orders will result in the loss of deposits. Wariapendi reserves the right to cancel any order after four weeks from the time the plants are made available.
CLAUSE: Wariapendi Nursery will endeavor to supply orders on time, but occasionally due to seasonal climates, conditions and variables, orders may be ready later than the due date. You will be notified of this prior to the due delivery date.
